After pasteurization, you should store colostrum in either a freezer or fridge. Once it is time to feed, use our heaters to properly and correctly reheat your colostrum.
Once colostrum is frozen, reheating thoroughly and at the correct temperature is extremely important, as you can destroy immunoglobulins if it gets too hot. If colostrum isn't warm enough, the calf has to spend energy warming it up, and that puts extra load on the calves system.
